Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Place steaks in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over steaks, turning to coat. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for 1-3 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
- Remove steaks from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill steaks over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
