Ingredients
4 large artichokes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
Cut off the stem and the top of each artichoke and discard.
Cut the artichokes in half lengthwise and remove the choke.
Place the artichoke halves in a large bowl.

Pour the marinade over the artichoke halves and toss to coat.

Serve warm.
