Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice avocados in half and remove the pit.
  3. Brush each half of the avocado with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper over each half.
  5. Place avocados on the grill, cut-side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the avocados over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the avocados from the grill and enjoy!
