Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Return the soup to the pot and stir in the cream.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Serve hot.
