Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Paprika, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully place the eggs in the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the eggs in a colander and rinse with cold water until cool. Peel the eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork until crumbly.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mix until combined.
  5. Spoon the yolk mixture into the hollowed-out egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  6. Serve the deviled eggs chilled or at room temperature.
