Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, etc)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Optional: Add in the chopped herbs and mix well.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, in a sandwich, or with crackers.
