Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. fish fillets, such as salmon or cod
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the fish fillets on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve the grilled fish with lemon wedges.
