Ingredients
- 2 lbs Salmon Filets
- 1/4 cup Hennessy
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine Hennessy, honey, garlic, thyme and basil.
- Place salmon filets in a shallow baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour Hennessy mixture over salmon, turning to coat each filet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
