Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and salt until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven.
