Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup Bloody Mary mix
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Bloody Mary mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
