Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the mixture, making sure each one is evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the chicken wings on it in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  6. After 30 minutes, increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
