Blue Hawaiian Cocktail

Ingredients

• 3/4 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur
• 3/4 ounce light rum
• 1/2 ounce cream of coconut
• 1/2 ounce fresh pineapple juice
• Splash of fresh lime juice
• Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Blue Curacao, light rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
4. Serve immediately.
