Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin steak
- 1 cup garlic beer
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine garlic beer, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Add steaks to the bowl and coat them in the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
- Grill the steaks for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Season with salt to taste.
