Ingredients
- 1 cup of black rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, add the black rice, olive oil, and salt.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and fluff the rice before serving.
