Ingredients

  • 1 pound of salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the salmon, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place the salmon cakes in the air fryer basket, in batches if needed. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until combined.
  6. Serve the salmon cakes with the Sriracha mayo on the side.
