Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the melted white chocolate and passion fruit pulp.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let cool before serving.
