Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Assorted fresh vegetables, crackers, and/or sliced French bread, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and Romano cheese. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on a serving plate. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers, and/or sliced French bread.

- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.

- You can add more or less red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you like your dip.
