Directions
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, and Romano cheese. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
In a separate small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on a serving plate. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately with assorted fresh vegetables, crackers, and/or sliced French bread.

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
This recipe is a great way to use up stale bread.
You can add more or less red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you like your dip.
