Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of frozen puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each sheet of puff pastry and cut it into 4 squares.
  4. Place the squares on a lightly greased baking sheet and spoon the custard mixture into the centers of each square.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry has turned golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
