Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh blueberries, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Add to the creamed mixture, stirring until a stiff dough is formed.
Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a log about 1 inch in diameter. Cut each log into 1/2 inch pieces.
Press a blueberry piece into the center of each piece of dough and shape into a pig. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
