Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in the sifted ingredients until just blended.
- Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookie dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
