Ingredients
1 (29 ounce) can hominy, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine hominy, green chilies, and cheese. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Mix until smooth.
Add the sour cream mixture to the hominy mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
