Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil and whisk to combine.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush the top of each fillet with the glaze.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and black pepper over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with the remaining glaze.
