Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats and boiling water. Set aside and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
