- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add ground beef and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns until slightly crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together shredded lettuce, matchstick carrots, and sliced green onions.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
- Spread the sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Place a cooked burger patty on top of the mayo, and then add the lettuce mixture on top.
