Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, sugar, and cumin.
  2. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
