Ingredients
2 slices of whole-wheat bread
2 ounces of roasted turkey breast
2 slices of feta cheese
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Heat a grill-pan over medium heat.
Spread the mayonnaise evenly over one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice of bread on the grill-pan, mayonnaise-side down.
Top the slice of bread with the turkey and feta cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on the top of the sandwich, mayonnaise-side up.
Brush the top of the bread with the olive oil.

Carefully flip the sandwich over and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove the sandwich from the pan and cut it in half.
Serve with a side of chips or salad.
