Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey (optional)

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and add tapioca pearls. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sea salt, stirring to combine.
  4. If desired, add honey and stir to combine.
  5. Serve porridge warm.
