1 package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup of prepared pesto
1 jar of marinara sauce
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 package of lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook the ground chicken until no longer pink. Add the spinach and pesto and mix well.
In a 9x13 baking dish, spread one cup of marinara sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of lasagna noodles. Spread half of the chicken and spinach mixture on top of the noodles. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the chicken and spinach.
Add another layer of lasagna noodles. Top with the remaining chicken and spinach mixture, followed by the remaining ricotta cheese. Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
