- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
