2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.

Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
