Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
