Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
- Slowly add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, whisking constantly, until the batter is smooth.
- Heat the oil in a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer to the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
