Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • Soy sauce, to serve

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and crab meat until well combined.
  2. Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the sheet.
  3. Spread the cream cheese and crab mixture over the sushi rice, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Using the sushi mat, roll the nori up tightly, starting from the bottom and finishing at the top.
  5. Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces and serve with soy sauce.
