Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- Soy sauce, to serve
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and crab meat until well combined.
- Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top of the sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese and crab mixture over the sushi rice, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Using the sushi mat, roll the nori up tightly, starting from the bottom and finishing at the top.
- Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces and serve with soy sauce.
