In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt. Beat in eggs and evaporated milk until smooth.
Pour into the prepared pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
