Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon truffle oil
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium-low heat until lightly browned.
In a medium bowl, combine garlic, potatoes, truffle oil, cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
