Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chicken cubes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring constantly, for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and serve over cooked rice or pasta.
