Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, salt, olive oil, and water. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each part into a thin sheet.
  5. Cut the dough into thin strips and cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
  6. Drain the pasta and serve with your favorite sauce.
