In a medium bowl, mash the blackberries with the sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream and yogurt until light and fluffy.
Spoon a layer of the blackberry mixture into the popsicle molds, about 1/4 of the way full. Then spoon a layer of the cream mixture over the blackberries, filling the molds about 3/4 of the way full.
Gently tap the molds on the counter to release any air bubbles. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Garnish with fresh blackberries, if desired.
