Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups dry bread cubes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the bread cubes and toss to combine. Add the parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pour the broth over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
