Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups dry bread cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the bread cubes and toss to combine. Add the parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and pour the broth over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
