2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound white fish fillets, cut into 4 pieces

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Place the fish fillets in the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden-brown and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill.
To assemble the sandwiches, spread the aioli on the buns, top with the fish, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Serve immediately.
Interesting Facts
This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover fish.
The aioli can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
The fish can also be cooked in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
