Ingredients
- 3 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with the lime juice.
- Mix in the salt, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic and cayenne pepper.
- Stir in the jalapeno pepper.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour for best results.
