Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
  • Toppings of your choice: fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc.

Directions

  1. Add the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. Stir the pudding again and divide between 2-4 serving dishes.
  4. Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc. Enjoy!
