Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional
- Toppings of your choice: fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc.
Directions
- Add the chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir the pudding again and divide between 2-4 serving dishes.
- Top with fresh berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, etc. Enjoy!
