Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the edamame, onion, bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers and spoon 1 tablespoon of the edamame mixture into the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the wonton wrapper over the filling and press the edges together to seal. Make sure to remove any excess air pockets.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wontons and cook until golden brown, flipping once, about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
