Ingredients
1 cup shelled edamame, cooked
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wontons and cook until golden brown, flipping once, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
