Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package white baking chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: Sprinkles, crushed nuts, etc.
Directions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it is just starting to simmer.
- Add the chopped white chocolate to the pan and stir until the chocolate is melted.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the food processor with the Oreo cookie crumbs and blend until the mixture is well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Optional: Roll the balls in sprinkles, crushed nuts, etc.
- Place the truffles on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
