Ingredients
- 1 lb of lamb kabab meat
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the lamb kabab meat, olive oil, and all of the spices.
- Mix until everything is well combined.
- Cover the bowl and let the kabab marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the kabab on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the kabab is cooked through.
