Easy Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks to a small bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, red onion, and smoked salmon to the egg yolks and stir until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves and top with fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
