Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fettucini noodles
  • 1 pound of seafood of your choice (shrimp, scallops, calamari, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the fettucini. Cook according to the package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the seafood and cook until it is just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked fettucini to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
