Ingredients

  • 1 Block extra firm tofu
  • 1/4 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 Cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped scallions

Directions

  1. Drain and press the tofu for 20 minutes.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a shallow dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and scallions.
  4. Pour the marinade over the tofu and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Once the skillet is hot, add the tofu and marinade to the skillet.
  7. Cook until the tofu is golden brown and the marinade is thick and sticky.
  8. Serve hot.
