Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, pepper, and salt.
  2. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Cover the dish and let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Place the salmon fillet on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  7. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
