Hogs and Kisses

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (10.5-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 6 cups crisp rice cereal
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Add the cereal and stir until well coated.
5. Press the mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
6. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
7. Spread the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture.
8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
