Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Rinse the scallops and pat them dry.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
